- In a pan add chicken,whole spices,1/2 tsp salt, garlic cloves, 2 tbspn chopped onion and 3 glass water cover and cook.
- Jab chicken soft ho jye flame off karein. Stock ko strain kar lain ke pan mein nikal lain. Chicken ki bones nikal kar shredded kar lain.
- Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add garlic fry for 1 minute then add carrots, cabbage, capsicum and spring onions mix well cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Now add shredded chicken cook well add chicken stock and 1 cup water cook for 10 minutes.
- Add 1/2 tsp salt (taste kar lain aur add krna ho kar lain). Add black pepper powder,white pepper powder,soya sauce,red chilli sauce, vinegar mix well. Eggs ko beat kar ke add karein sath sath spoon chalati rahein.
- Corn flour mein 1/4 cup water add kar ke mix kar lain aur soup mein add karein spoon se mix karti jayein take gothliyan na banaye 3-4 minutes cook karein.
- Soup ready ha taste kar lain kuch kami ho tu add kar lain.
- Serving bowl mein nikal lain. Chotay bowl mein chopped green chilli mein vinegar add kar lain, soya sauce, red chilli sauce ke sath yummy soup ready hy serve hot.
