- Now for chutney heat oil in a pan and add onion and cumin seeds to it…
- When onions becomes slightly transparent add garlic paste to it..
- Then add the chopped tomatoes to it..
- Then add salt, red chilli powder to it and mix well..
- Keep stirring it so that it does not stick to the bottom..
- Cook until oil starts seperating..
- Then put off the flame and take it out in a bowl..
- Serve your rotis with this chutney and desi ghee…
