- Flip the chapati and make a floral design with a scissor.
- Put the chapati on warm tawa. Cook it on low flame. When it is lightly cooked flip the chapati. Cook for 2 minutes.
- When the chapati is golden in colour apply ghee on the surface of chapati. Cook for 2 minutes. Flip it. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Take it out from Tawa. Drizzle with melted ghee. Serve it with pickle or green chutney.
