1. Take small portion of dough. Dust and roll the dough ball, apply some oil and some flour. Bring all the edges together and pinch to seal edges. Roll the dough. - After rolling the roti, spread water evenly all over the one side of roti.
- Place the roti, watered side in a hot cooker. Allow the roti to cook well on low to medium flame.
- Now carefully hold the tawa upside down on the flame. Rotate tawa for even roasting.
