1. Soak Green Mung Dal for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Drain excess water. Add soaked green mung dal, chillies, onion, garlic, ginger to the blender jar. Coarse grind it.


1. Take wheat flour, coarse grinded mung dal mixture, salt, Coriander, masala, turmeric powder, oil, ajwain, Asafoetida, in a container.
- Mix all the ingredients properly and knead a soft dough. Add very little quantity of water if required to knead the dough. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Make small balls from the dough and roll small round roti's from it.
- Roast on medium flame flipping sides. Apply Ghee and roast till Golden brown and crispy.
- Korma roti is ready to serve.
