- Get Oil

- Take wheat flour sieve it n add oil n salt n mix it. Then add water n make a soft n smooth dough.


1. Now knead it wth little oil.Cover it n give rest of 10/15 minutes. Now take a rolling pan n rolling board. Take small size dough n roll it by deeping in dry flour for dusting roti. Give a round shape.


1. Now heat the tawa n put the roti n cook it little at first side then flip it n cook other side perfectly. Now put roti on direct flame (put half cook side on flame) it will bcm puff (ball). Cook it till brown spots come. Now take it from flame n apply ghee on roti. - Serve wth any sabji or dal.
