- Prepare whole wheat flour
- Get Salt
- Make ready Water
- Prepare Desi Ghee

- Take the whole wheat flour in a big vessel and add salt

1. Then mix it with your fingers and add water little by little as per need and knead it to a soft dough and keep aside for half an hour covered.

1. Then make equal sized balls of the kneaded dough - Take one ball dust it on dry flour and place on your workstation and roll it evenly from all sides to a round shaped roti
- Heat a non-stick tawa and when hot place the roti on the tawa and cook it for a few seconds from one side then flip it
- When you see spots on the roti carefully pick the roti with the tongs and put on direct flame and let it puff from both sides
- Remove it on a plate or casserole when done and apply ghee on the roti
- Serve hot with dal or sabji of your choice.
