- Chop potatoes, heat deep pan add oil, once hot add Mustard seeds, chopped onion,saute add turmeric powder, boiled peas mix well.add chopped potatoes,add red chilli powder, salt, Jaggery, garam masala.add water and cook till potato becomes soft.
