  1. In a bowl take 2 eggs n mix well.Now add chopped onion, green chilli, coriander in it. Add some grated ginger in it.then add red chilli power, turmeric powder, black pepper n salt as per taste. Omelette wrap1. Now take dough n make a roti.cook roti on non-stick tawa,one side.when it is going to cook spread egg mixture on it.
  2. Cook it at low flame.Add butter and crisp roti.now change side of roti carefully for few seconds. Again flip roti spread capsicum, tomato,onion. Spread grated cheese on it.
  3. Serve with sauce n tea.
