  1. Break an egg. Chop tomato, onion, capsicum, coriander leaves and green chilli.
  2. Add everything to the egg. Add coriander leaves too. Add salt, pepper, red chilli flakes and oregano.
  3. Mix everything well with the egg with whisk.
  4. Dry toast bread slices in a pan. Heat oil n butter in pan.Now pour the mixture into a pan n let it cook well on 1 side.
  5. Put bread slices on the omelette n flip on other side. Grate some cheese n fold the in half. Cook well from both sides by flipping.
  6. Now cut in half n serve hot with Tomato ketchup.
