- Finally chopped cabage. Boiled it for 3 minutes. Drain the water. Cool it and coarsely grind it. Once it is dine. Keep aside.


1. In a bowl combine, chopped cabbage, haldi powder, red chilli powder, ginger, garlic and green chilli paste, salt, chopped coriander leaves, 2 eggs, gar am masala. Mix,….properly. Heat non-stick pan apply oil in the pan pour egg mixture and spreadly evenly. - Cover and Cook till it become light brown in color. Take out the lid and flip the omelette till it cooked properly. Once it is done.
