- Again check the gizards and once they are soft and tender then add the chicken stock stir and add the onion and garlic and ginger mince.
- Now is fry with it's own fat and continue to stir and now your can add spices.
- The gizards are slowly cooking then open the tin of mix vegetable curry.
- Pour and stir and cover the pot. In a cup mix minestrone and brown with water and pour it over the gizards
- Now it's thickened and it ready serve it and enjoy.
