  1. Take a pressure cooker and put soaked dal,, turmeric powder, red chilli, salt, green cardamom, cinnamon stick, cloves, black pepper, garlic cloves, ginger and 1/4 cup water and mix it well.
  2. Put the pressure cooker on gas and cook for 15 to 20 minute.
  3. Once it is cooked strain the water completely.
  4. Allow it to cool and transfer to a grinder and grind it with chicken mince.
  5. Then transfer the mixture in a bowl and add coriander leaves, garam masala powder,chopped onion, and mint leaves mix it well.
  6. Heat oil in a pan.
  7. Make small tikkis out of the mixture and dip into beaten eggs.
  8. Fry it on medium flame your shami kebab is ready.
  9. Serve hot with sauce.
