  6. Break 1-2 cheese slices into pieces and add into egg mixture
  7. Heat oil in the same pan and pour this mixture cover it and cook on very low flame for 3 to 4 minutes
  8. Place a plate over it and flip it on the plate then put it back in the pan cook the other side for 2 minutes then flip back
  9. Now top with cheese slices sprinkle chilli flakes and mixed herbs and grill in a pre heated oven for 2 minutes until cheese melts
  10. Transfer to a serving platter garnish with spring onions and enjoy hot/warm
