- Add mince with garlic stir then add chopped carrot and fresh beans cook for 7 minutes
- Add all remaining spices and chicken stock
- Pour a glass wine stir then water with rinsed rice
- Keep stiring until the rice in it is cooked
- Sprinkle black pepper
- Boil pasta for 10 minutes drain water let it cool then serve with the mince
