  1. Take 4 whole eggs first and break them & put the egg white & yolk all together in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add all veggies into the mixture in a mixing bowl with egg whites & yolk and beat nicely.
  3. Add turmeric powder, Kashmir chilly powder, salt & cumin seeds into the bowl mixture and beat well
  4. Take a frying pan, pour some oil into it, and now pour the batter inside the pan.
  5. Fry the omelet on a medium to low flame and let it cook well till aroma comes
