  1. Pour oil in a pot and fry your onion, garlic and ginger paste saute all together then followed by mince meat.
  2. While it cooking and turning brown the crumbles the beef stock, add all spices and mix with a spoon.
  3. Cover a pot for a while let it cook the spices
  4. Then pour your tomato paste and sauce stir, and add a spoon of chutney
  5. Let it continues to cook then in a small cup prepare your soup to make the mince to have gravy pour it over the mince pot then lower your heat
  6. Let it simmer for a minute or so. Then you can start serving your food once it's done the mince will be enjoyed with rice.
