  2. Prepare 1 chicken stock cube

  7. Make ready 1 onion, chopped finely

Steps to make Chicken stew:
  1. Rinse the chicken and dry it then pour your olive oil to the pot and start to fry the onion.
  2. As the onion is frying the pour your spices and chicken stock in.
  3. Let it again fry then follow it with the chicken.
  4. As it fries the chicken the cover it with your pot lid. It will steam cook and let the chicken be cooked perfectly then add those seasonal vegetables.
  5. They will cook and then pour your soup of minestrone on the chicken and add dash of water to make a gravy.
  6. My chicken stew is cooked.
