  1. Put your clean chicken mala into in a clean pot and cook… (don't remove the fats when cleaning them). Don't pour/add water, cook until it's own water dries out
  2. Add your onion and red pepper, spices (paprika, hot rajah, salt) and fry till soft.. add your sauces (prego sauce, maggi chilli sauce), simmer for about two minutes then serve
