- On a hot grill drizzle olive oil, place the chicken pieces, keep basting with sauce and turn over until well grilled.
- Remove chicken, for the remaining sauce place it on the grill and then poir it over the grilled chicken,this adds excellent flavour
- Serve with green salad, Portuguese rolls and chips
