Bread Kulfi is one of the most popular of current trending foods in the world. It is simple, it’s quick, it tastes yummy. It is enjoyed by millions daily. They are nice and they look fantastic. Bread Kulfi is something that I’ve loved my entire life.
To begin with this recipe, we have to prepare a few ingredients. You can have bread kulfi using 10 ingredients and 4 steps. Here is how you can achieve it.
The ingredients needed to make Bread Kulfi:
- Make ready 1 1/2 cups of full cream milk
- Get 1 piece bread (white/brown)
- Make ready 6-8 soaked pistachios (chopped)
- Get 6-8 soaked cashews (chopped)
- Take 1/4 tsp elaichi powder
- Get As needed Few drops of rose essence
- Get As required Few drops of kesar essence
- Take as required Kesar soaked milk
- Take as per taste Condensed milk/Sugar
- Prepare as required Dried rose petals (optional)
Instructions to make Bread Kulfi:
- Firstly, in a pan, boil the milk. When it comes to boil, add chopped pistachios & cashews. Then boil it for about 2 to 3 mins. Then add kesar soaked milk & elaichi powder. Give it a good mix.
- Now grind the bread in a mixer grinder into a fine powder, as shown in the image below. Add this into the milk. Whisk it properly with the milk. Then add some dried rose petals and rose essence. Give everything a good mix. Cook for 2 more mins. Then switch off the flame.
- Let this kulfi mixture cook down a bit. Now take small paper cups. Then pour the mixture into each cups. Sprinkle some chopped pistachios & rose petals over it, for garnishing. Cover the cups with aluminum foil. Make a cut with a knife, in the between. Now insert a stick in each cups as shown.
- Now keep them in a freezer for overnight or until it sets completely. Now remove them and demould them by cutting the paper cups with the help of a scissor. Enjoy your bread kulfis this summer, with your loved ones.
