Instructions to make Cheese & Garlic Bread:
  1. In a glass measuring cup, combine the yeast, sugar and 1/4 cup lukewarm milk mix well and let it sit for 10 minutes. In the meantime, mix the flour, salt in a large bowl. Make a well in the centre then add egg melted butter and yeast mixture and stir into the dry ingredients.
  2. Knead with your hands until the dough forms a smooth, soft ball, about 5-6 minutes. Place the dough in an oiled bowl and cover with plastic wrap. After half an hour deflate the dough with your hands and make a round pizza shaped. - How to scoring and shaping the dough so you can see in pics. - After scoring the dough - Using your fingers, open up each of the cuts and spread garlic butter into each of the pieces of dough Press mozzarella cheese into each gaps and bake for 25-30 minutes or till nice golden in colour. - Remove from oven and serve hot.
