- Make ready 3 1/2 cups cake flour
- Make ready 1 pkt dry yeast

Instructions to make Garlic naan:
- Add dry ingredients into a bowl.Mix in the melted butter, milk and egg. Add the water and mix to form a soft dough. Knead for 5 mins and cover and leave to rise for an hour.

1. Take out the dough and make golf size balls. Place on a lightly floured surface and cover. Leave to rise for 30 mins. Melt the butter with oil, add the garlic for toasting. - Heat thawa and leave on med heat. - Roll the balls out into circles. Toast on the hot thawa or non stick pan brushing both sides with the butter mixture. Toast till both sides have browned.Brush each naan with the left over butter mixture while warm.Makes 14 naan.Serve with curry or chicken tikka
