  1. Prepare 300 gm Tomatoes
  2. Prepare 1 medium size onion roughly chopped

Instructions to make Tomato soup:
  1. Heat butter over medium heat in a large pot.Add the onion and cook for 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add tomatoes, salt, pepper, Coriander leaves and 50ml water. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.
  2. Cook on medium heat for 20 minutes, until the tomatoes are tender and cooker. Using a blender, remove bay leaf and blend until smooth. Now sieve it properly.
  3. After sieve,add 250 ml water,salt,cream and simmer for 7-8 minutes on low flame.
  4. Add more salt if needed. - Now Tomato soup is ready,Serve Warm, garnish with cream or Coriander leaves.ENJOY!
