  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180°C. Spray a medium bread loaf pan or oven dish with cooking spray and line the bottom with baking paper.
  2. Beat together the eggs, milk, oil and salt. Stir in the can of sweetcorn and cheese and mix.
  3. Add the flour to the egg mixture and stir until combined.
