  6. Fry in bit of butter and oil,the paneer cubes (or grated paneer can be as it is) till golden brown.
  7. In a big kadai,add butter and little oil(adding oil to butter,keeps it from burning),add the minced garlic (you can add 1tablespoon ginger garlic paste if you desire).sauté well.Add the crushed kasturi methi and stir well.
  8. Add the chopped tomatoes and mix well.if wanted a bit water can be added. Blend in the spinach purée and 1/2cup water.
  9. Add the masalas except a little garam masala and adjust the hotness and sourness. Season with salt as per taste.
  10. Finally put the fried or grated paneer in the rich creamy gravy and mix well but not vigorously.
  11. Garnish with fresh cream and broken cashews.
