- Heat the wok with 1tbs butter then add onion,ginger, green chilli saute it 5 min on medium flame
- Then add chopped tomatoes, palak, meet msala pwd, garlic cloves cinnamon powder, to taste salt stir and mix it well now cover and cook becomes till it tender on medium flame
- Now let it cool down then transfer the blender jar now blend it make a fine puree
- Now again heat the wok with remaining butter then add dry red chili stir it few seconds now add prepared puree now saute it 5 to 8 min on lower flame then add peas, 4 tbsp cream and some little water stir and mix it well now again cook for 5 min on lower flame
- Now reduce the flame and lastly garnish with some remaining cream it's ready to serve it
