  2. Make ready 1 knorrox chicken cube
  3. Prepare 1/2 medium onion diced

  1. Crumble the chicken cube on the spinach and steam on med heat til it wilts. DO NOT ADD ANY WATER.
  2. Set the spinach aside with the lid open
  3. In a pan heat the margarine and olive oil.
  4. Sauteè garlic,onion and mushrooms til soft
  5. Add the spinach,the cream and corn flour paste(mix with alil bit of water) stir and let it simmer til thick.
  6. Remove from the stove,stir in the cream cheese til it melts down and incorporated in the spinach and serve
