- Dry roast sabudana and moraiyo,jeera for 5 min. Cool it and then grind in mixer to make coarse powder. Then in that powder add rajgira flour. Your farali flour is ready.
- Take 1 cup farali flour. Add green chilli paste, salt, sugar, butter milk, and peanut powder. Add some coriander.
- Add water as required and make batter of pancake.
- Greece tava with ghree and pour farali pancake mixure. When one side is done, flip to other side till golden brown.
- Serve hot with chunda or curd.
