Instructions to make Chicken Pan Rolls:
  1. TO BOIL THE CHICKEN: Combine in a pan chicken, whole spices, salt, ginger garlic paste, water and boil the chicken till tender. shred the chicken and keep aside.
  2. To make the filling for the rolls: In a pan add oil, add onions and fry. Then add ginger garlic paste and saute further. Once the onions and ginger-garlic is cooked add pepper powder and saute.
  3. Then add the vegetables and saute till the vegetables are a bit soft. Then add the shredded chicken and the powder masala like red chilli powder, cumin powder, amchur powder, garam masala powder, chicken masala (optional) cover and cook for some time.
  4. Once cooked remove from stove and cool.
  5. TO MAKE THE PANCAKE : Combine all the ingredients under "To make pancake batter" and make batter not too thick or too thin.
  6. To make the pancakes, grease a pan with oil and ladle a spoon full of batter and cook the same way as you make dosas
  7. Once all the pancakes are made, put a tbsp of filling in it and roll it, closing the ends
  8. Once all the rolls are made, coat each roll with egg first and then breadcrumbs.
