  1. Wash chana dal properly twice and Soak it for 1 hrs. Grind chana dal along with rice flour, ginger, salt and green chilli just like dosa batter.
  2. Combine all the ingredients along with water (as needed) and mix well. Heat non-stick pan. Once the pan is hot. Pour a spoonful batter on it spread in a circle just like pancake. Cook it, using a little oil till they turns crisp and golden brown in colour from both sides. Repeat the remaining batter to make 4 more pancakes.
  3. Serve immediately with coriander chutney
