  4. Heat a tawa/non-stick pan.Add 1 tbsp oil.Add 1/2of batter. Spread on pan.Keep flame medium.Cover and cook for 3-4minutes.
  5. Uncover the pan,and cook on other side for 3-4minutes,without covering the pan.
  6. Drizzle 1 tbsp oil and cook till golden.
  7. Serve hot with chutney of your choice.
