  1. Mix the dry flours,semolina, curd and required water to make a lump free batter. Adjust the salt. Rest the batter for 20 minutes.

  3. Grease the skillet and pour a ladder of buckwheat batter. Spread a little. Add 1 Tbsp chopped veggies with pizza seasoning.
