Steps to make Choco pie with marshmallow:
- First for making pancake mix in maida, sugar, baking powder and baking soda in a bowl.
- To that add 1/2 cup Milk and 2 tbsp of melted butter. Whisk that.now add more milk if required to make a batter of smooth flowing consistancy
- Take a spoonful of batter, put it on a tawa and flip it when bubbles arise. Repeat same process. This batter wil make around 8 medium sized pancake.
- For marshmallow fluff take a bowl to that add 1/2 cup of marshmallow add grated white chocolate, fresh cream and butter.melt it in a microwave.
- Apply the melted marshmallow on one pancake. Place another pancake over it.It will make around 4 Chocho pie
- Now take 1 cup of dark chocolate and melt it over double boiler
- Dip the Choco pie into the melted ganache.let it set in fridge for about 30 mins
- Garnish it with some melted white chocolate and sprinklers
