- Then add the milk gradually until you have a smooth dough not runny and not thick.
- Fold in the grated carrots and pour the dough in an already greased baking tin or sufuria. (I cover mine with foil paper to prevent it from burning before it is ready)
- Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180° for about an hour or so
- Check whether your cake is ready by inserting a tooth pick inside, if it comes out clean then your cake is ready if not be sure to add more time for the cake to cook well.
